This policy covers what we collect when you use this website, what we do with it, and who we give it to.
What we collect
When you submit an estimate request or contact us, we collect:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address, if you provide one
- Your city or service area
- What you tell us about your roof
- The page you submitted from and the site that referred you
- Technical data your browser sends, including approximate country and browser type
Why we collect it
To schedule your estimate and to let us contact you about your roof, and to understand which sources send us enquiries so we know where our effort is worth spending. We do not build advertising profiles from it and we do not sell it.
Who we share it with
We share your enquiry with one roofing contractor working your area, so they can contact you. We do not sell your details, and we do not distribute your enquiry to a list of contractors who then all call you.
Once the contractor has your details, their own handling of that information is governed by their privacy practices, not ours. If you want to know how a specific contractor handles your data, ask them directly.
We also use service providers to operate the site and deliver notification email. Those providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry records so we can answer questions about work we quoted or carried out, and resolve any dispute. You can ask us to delete your record at any time — see below.
Your choices
- Ask us what we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct it.
- Ask us to delete it. We will, unless we are required to keep it.
- Ask the contractor separately to delete what they hold — we cannot do that for you.

Call and form tracking
We use a third-party call and form tracking service (WhatConverts) to understand how people find us. When you arrive on this site it records:
- The page you landed on and the website or search that sent you
- Campaign parameters in the link you followed, if there were any
- An identifier stored in your browser so that if you contact us later, we can connect the enquiry to how you originally arrived
The phone number shown to you may differ between visitors.That is deliberate and it is how the service works: the number you see is chosen so that a call can be attributed to the source that sent you. Every number reaches us the same way.
If you call or submit the estimate form, that contact is recorded as an enquiry alongside the source information above.
Advertising cookies
We do not set advertising or retargeting cookies, and we do not sell your information to advertisers. If that ever changes, this page will be updated to say so before it happens.
Children
This site is intended for adult homeowners and property decision-makers. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the "last updated" date at the top of the page changes with it.
