What this service is
Tomball Roof Repair is a service-area roofing business serving Tomball and the surrounding northwest Houston communities. We carry current Texas general liability and workers compensation coverage. Texas does not license roofing contractors, so we make no claim to hold a state licence — no roofer in Texas can.
Submitting an enquiry
- You must be the property owner or authorised to arrange work on the property.
- The details you give us must be accurate. A wrong phone number means no contractor reaches you.
- You agree that we may share your enquiry with a roofing contractor so they can contact you.
- Submitting an enquiry does not create any obligation on you to hire anyone.
What we do not promise
- We do not guarantee that a contractor will contact you, or how quickly.
- We do not guarantee crew availability, particularly after severe weather.
- We do not guarantee the quality, timeliness, price, or outcome of any contractor's work.
- We do not provide estimates, prices, or roofing advice ourselves.
Your agreement is with the contractor
Any inspection, estimate, contract, payment, warranty, or dispute is between you and the contractor. We are not a party to it, we do not hold your money, and we cannot enforce their obligations. If a contractor fails you, your remedies run through them, and where appropriate through the Office of the Texas Attorney General's consumer protection division or your own legal advisor.
We do want to know. Tell us at contact@tomballroofrepair.com — we stop referring homeowners to contractors who generate complaints.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Tomball Roof Repair is not liable for loss or damage arising from work performed by a contractor, from a contractor's failure to contact you or perform, or from your reliance on general information published on this website.
