What this business is

Tomball Roof Repair is a service-area roofing business serving Tomball and the surrounding northwest Houston communities. Roofing work booked through this site is carried out by our own roofing crews.

This is a service-area business. We do not operate a staffed office in Tomball, TX. That is normal for this trade — roofing is done at your address, not at ours — but it is worth stating rather than implying an office that does not exist.

The phone number and the forms come to us

When you call the number on this site or send the estimate form, it comes to us. Calls may be answered by an automated assistant that takes down your details for us. Your enquiry is not sold on or distributed to a list of companies who then all call you.

We use call tracking on the phone number, which means the number displayed may vary depending on how you found the site. It connects to the same place either way. That is a marketing measurement tool, not a redirection service.

Estimates are free; the work is not

The visit and the written estimate cost you nothing and carry no obligation. Roofing work itself is quoted before it starts and paid for in the ordinary way. Nothing on this site should be read as an offer of free roofing work.

Insurance, and the licence question

We carry current Texas general liability and workers compensation coverage and will produce the certificates on request. Ask us for them, and ask anyone else you get a quote from.

Texas does not license roofing contractors. Roofing is not among the trades regulated by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, so there is no state roofing licence to hold and no state roofing board to complain to. Any roofer in Texas claiming to be "state licensed" is describing something that does not exist. It is the single most useful thing to know before hiring one, which is why it is on this page rather than hidden in a footnote.

Commercial arrangements

This website may be operated under a commercial arrangement between its owner and the roofing business it represents. Where such an arrangement exists, it does not change what you pay, who is responsible for the work, or who you deal with — the estimate, the workmanship and any warranty sit with the business performing the work.
